About the Role
TH Media is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-quality creative across our client work. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute at a high level — bringing ideas to life across branding, campaigns, web, and design. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into compelling, cohesive creative that shows up consistently across every touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with leadership and our strategy team to shape creative direction while owning day-to-day execution. From concepting campaigns to building brand systems and designing digital experiences, every project will challenge you to think critically, push creative boundaries, and deliver work that drives real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution (Core of the Role)

Design and execute high-quality creative across digital and print, including social, ads, branding, websites, and collateral

Apply and maintain brand systems across multiple clients with consistency and attention to detail

Deliver polished, production-ready assets that support strong visual storytelling

Creative Strategy & Direction

Contribute to campaign concepts and creative direction

Translate marketing strategy into effective, on-brand creative

Elevate work from “good” to “great” through strong ideas and execution

Brand Development
-
Lead or support brand identity development, including logos, visual systems, and guidelines

Ensure consistency and evolution of brand presence across all touch points

Web & UX Design
-
Design website layouts and user experiences with clarity and usability in mind

Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life

Copy & Messaging Support
-
Support headlines, ad copy, and campaign messaging

Ensure alignment between visual and written content

Ownership & Collaboration

Own the quality of creative across assigned clients and projects

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, strategic work

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and holds a high bar for creative quality. You understand how to build brands, shape campaigns, and design experiences that feel cohesive, intentional, and elevated. Someone who’s just as comfortable building the work as they are shaping the vision — and who’s motivated to grow into a leadership role over time and willing to put in the work to get there.
You’re a fit if you are:

A strategic thinker who can translate marketing goals into strong creative ideas

Highly skilled in design, with a strong eye for branding, layout, and visual systems

Experienced across multiple touch points, including branding, campaigns, and web/UX

Comfortable contributing to messaging, copy, and overall campaign direction

Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to producing high-quality work

Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) — bonus if you’re familiar with Canva and Figma
