Key Responsibilities

Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and completing simple forms.

Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities and business transactions.

Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

Keep the office stocked with drinks, snacks, and supplies (including occasional store runs).

Coordinate production studio rentals with guests.

Assist with client creative work, including social media copywriting, posting on client accounts, and other marketing-related tasks.

Support various departments as needed.
The Opportunity
TH Media is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role requires at least one in-office workday per week at our Des Moines studio, with the option to expand hours both remotely and in-person based on workload and business needs. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll have flexibility in scheduling, but must be reliable and able to meet deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to both administrative and creative projects.
